Update on Travis:

June 22:
Sorry for the long delay between updates but frankly, there really hasn’t been any news. Tate told us this morning that they were taking Travis into surgery today. Their goal was to have him in surgery for no longer than three hours and during that time they were going to insert a tracheal tube, a feeding tube, begin to repair his left leg, set and wire his jaw and repair his thumb. The doctors recognize that that is an ambitious amount of work to get done in under 3 hours, but they were going to get as much done as possible during that time frame. This was supposed to happen sometime earlier today and we haven’t heard how that turned out.

June 23:
Travis did have surgery yesterday but he didn't do as well as the doctor's had hoped. The were able to insert the tracheal tube and the feeding tube but the rest of the surgeries are on hold.
