Deanna & Jacqueline
Who knew that when Deanna Arnold knocked on the door of my parents home back in 1963 as a young LDS missionary tracting (by referral), that they'd become life long friends? Not only did she teach them the gospel and help in their conversion to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints but she has also been a true friend over these past 46 years. Deanna has been able to watch them grow in the church and watch mom and dad's prosperity grow and grow. She had the honor of taking my brother, Drake, to the Mission Training Center when he served his mission. She was also able to attend the Temple marriage of my son, Theron to Heidi and I believe she also attended the Temple when my youngest son, Brantley, went through the Temple prior to going on his mission (currently serving).
Deanna opened her home to mom and dad while mom was in the drug study at the University of Utah. Mom and dad had to drive in to SLC once a month and were always welcome to stay with Deanna and her husband, Dick. Over this time, their friendship has grown even deeper and they all have a great love for each other.
Thanks Deanna and Dick for always being there for my parents.
